I finally found a company and a product that delivers what it claims. I use Russ Dalbey's Program and I couldn't be more satisfied. Russ Dalbey is a well-known expert in the real estate niche called "cash flow notes." And his main course is called "Winning in the Cash Flow Business." For the past 10 years he's been teaching people how to make money by finding and referring more than a dozen different types of privately financed notes.
His system provides a three-step method for making money without investing any capital or buying and selling property. He still focuses primarily on real estate, but does it in a way that eliminates the big risks like cash investment, fix ups and deadbeat renters.
